13 Paradigm-shattering Affirmations

I'm going to sound like a shitty life coach when I say this, but:
You are the only one holding yourself back.
It needed to be said, okay?
It's fine if you don't believe me right now, but hear me out before you stop reading.
Our minds are literally limitless. Anything that you could possibly imagine can exist in that vast world.
There is a very fine line between existing in the metaphysical world and the physical world.
What if the only reason your crazy dreams haven't manifested into the physical world is because you believe they're too wild or that they simply can't happen?
You're holding yourself back.
We pick up many bullshit rules and beliefs that don't actually serve us throughout our lives.
Affirmations are a great way to start tugging at the foundation to get rid of them.
They can literally reprogram our subconscious minds. But of course, if you don't believe that they can, they won't.
Getting into the right mindset
Before we get started, there's something that you need to know.
We have states that we're more open to new information without critically questioning it.
Have you ever wondered what hypnosis actually is? Bingo.
These states can be induced, but we can actually use our biology to our advantage as well.
Right before you go to sleep and right after you wake up.
During sleep, we experience a difference in the frequencies that our brains emit. They slow down significantly.
We experience a shift into those waves when we get really tired or when we're waking.
These are the perfect times for affirmations because your rational thinking is not fully online. (This is also why it's good to stay off your phone.)
Like I mentioned, these states can also be induced.
How?
Meditation.
Meditating has also been shown to slow down our brain waves once we get nice and relaxed.
Either way, I would suggest meditating for a few minutes before starting your list - it just feels good.
After you get into a good mindset, say these out loud.
The affirmations
1. I do not chase; I attract. What is mine will simply come to me.
2. Every cell in my body vibrates with love, health, and happiness.
3. My loving energy has a life-changing impact on anyone I come into contact with.
4. Money flows to me effortlessly and easily.
5. I am worthy of all the amazing gifts the Universe has in store for me.
6. I am worthy of all my desires and capable of attaining them.
7. I am the creator of my life, and I create everything I truly desire.
8. I allow difficult events and energy to flow right through me - I do not cling to them.
9. I embrace challenges as an opportunity to serve my highest self.
10. I deserve happiness, and it is my natural state of being.
11. I take personal responsibility for how I feel at all times.
12. I love myself as I am, and I am always leveling up.
13. I am a being of love and abundance.
Speak these confidently with the utmost belief that each one of them is true - because they are.
If you intentionally say these once a day for a week, I guarantee that you will start to feel changes in the way your brain thinks.
I use these every morning.
They’ve worked for me, and I know that they can work for you.
